What is collected

We collect your name, email, selected service, question or context, and—only where required—birth date, time, and place. Compatibility readings also require limited second-person birth details supplied with permission.

If you separately join an email list, we store the email address you submit, the related offer, and limited campaign attribution. The signup form does not collect your reading question or private context.

For site performance and purchase-path measurement, we also record page paths, campaign tags, anonymous session identifiers, tool-completion events, reading selections, checkout starts, lead submissions, and verified purchase amounts. This event record excludes names, email addresses, questions, birth details, payment-card data, IP addresses, and message contents.

Why it is used

Information is used to prepare, deliver, support, and record your order, understand which content and campaigns lead to reading selections and purchases, and send the updates you explicitly requested. It is not sold. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored by this site.

Storage and access

Order intake, email-list consent records, and anonymous funnel events are stored in a private database. Access is limited to authorized operations users. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be promised absolutely secure.

Retention and requests

Customers and subscribers may request access, correction, deletion, or unsubscribe from email updates subject to legal and transaction-record obligations. Anonymous event records cannot be reliably connected to a named person.
