What is collected

We collect your name, email, selected service, question or context, and—only where required—birth date, time, and place. Compatibility readings also require limited second-person birth details supplied with permission.

For site performance and purchase-path measurement, we also record page paths, campaign tags, anonymous session identifiers, tool-completion events, reading selections, checkout starts, and verified purchase amounts. This event record excludes names, email addresses, questions, birth details, payment-card data, IP addresses, and message contents.

Why it is used

Information is used to prepare, deliver, support, and record your order, and to understand which content and campaigns lead to reading selections and purchases. It is not sold. Payment-card data is handled by Stripe rather than stored by this site.

Storage and access

Order intake and anonymous funnel events are stored in a private database. Access is limited to authorized operations users. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be promised absolutely secure.

Retention and requests

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal order information subject to legal and transaction-record obligations. Anonymous event records cannot be reliably connected to a named person.
