Refund policy
Before work begins
A refund may be requested before preparation begins. Once a personalized reading is in progress or delivered, it is generally non-refundable because the work is custom-made, except where required by law.
Service not delivered
If the purchased reading cannot be delivered, the customer may choose a replacement delivery date or a full refund.
Expectations
Disagreement with an interpretation or the non-occurrence of a predicted event is not, by itself, grounds for a refund. No outcome is guaranteed.
How to request help
Use the verified support address that will be published on the Contact page before launch and include the order reference. Payment disputes will be handled according to applicable law and Stripe’s processes.
