Example: Mercury in Taurus in the third house could be explored as the function of communication, expressed through a deliberate earth-sign style, in the life area of learning and everyday exchange.
The interpretation is a starting hypothesis. Aspects, the rest of the chart, culture, environment, and lived experience may support, complicate, or contradict it.
Read the chart without reducing the person
- No placement is inherently good, bad, evolved, or doomed.
- A chart does not diagnose health, character, compatibility, or future events.
- Generational planets remain in one sign for years; house position and aspects add personal context.
- Unknown birth time means unknown rising sign and uncertain houses.
- Interpretation should invite observation, not override evidence or agency.
